Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:
All recruitment consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks. We will train you to:
* Understand client requirements
* Find candidates via job boards and advertising
* Qualify candidates over the phone
* Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
* Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn
Then, you can progress to a 360 role, where you:
* Work the full recruitment cycle
* Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business
Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary.
