Role Overview:
As a Branch Manager, you will lead your team with inspiration, build effective relationships, coach and develop colleagues, and ensure performance aligns with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
You will ensure your branch plays a vital role in the community, recognizing customer needs and supporting them with suitable financial solutions in a welcoming environment.
Our team interacts face-to-face, over the phone, and online, so you should be proactive, agile, resilient, and customer-focused to deliver outstanding service and positive outcomes.
