Practice Manager – Dental Practice, Inverness
Full-time

We are recruiting for a dedicated Practice Manager to join our clients' friendly, community-focused team.

Located in Inverness, the practice supports both NHS and private patients, offering everything from routine check-ups to cosmetic and orthodontic treatments, including whitening and Invisalign.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflows, excellent patient care, and strong team communication. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards across Health & Safety, performance, and financial management—helping the practice thrive in line with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Overseeing daily practice operations and ensuring exceptional patient experience,

*

Acting on patient feedback to drive improvements,

*

Maintaining high cleanliness standards and managing cleaning rotas,

*

Maximising appointment-book efficiency to support clinicians,

*

Ensuring stock is monitored, ordered, and replenished promptly,

*

Delivering practice budgets, KPIs, and supporting overall profitability,

*

Assisting on Reception when required,

*

Ensuring compliance with cross-infection, decontamination, and Health & Safety procedures,

*

Promoting a positive, supportive team culture through strong communication,

*

Holding regular one-to-ones and supporting staff training and development,

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Essential Experience/Skills:

*

Experience in a Dental (or other medical) practice environment(s),

*

Commitment to delivering outstanding patient service,

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

*

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn,

Desirable Experience/Skills:

*

Experience in people or team management,

*

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,
