As a User Services Analyst, you’ll manage and support our IT devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences.
Your role will include:
1. Handling service desk tickets, resolving issues promptly, and providing timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality.
2. Maintaining documentation, troubleshooting problems, and managing the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations.
3. Contributing to key projects, planning for technology changes, and supporting tasks like LAN patching and asset transitions.

About you
We’re seeking a proactive IT professional with:
* Service Desk Background: Experience in a service desk or device analyst role supporting diverse user needs.
* Device Management Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Lansweeper, PDQ Deploy, WSUS, and SCCM.
* Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Windows 10, Office, and productivity applications.
* Networking and Security Skills: Familiarity with networking, remote access solutions like Cisco VPN, and security practices is advantageous.
