We're looking for a Workday Specialist to join our Global HRIS team and wider People Operations team in Darwen. Coordinate yearly HR tasks like incentive programs, wage evaluations, and talent acquisition, while focusing on improving our global Workday platform.## Drive global HR processes and digital transformationIn this role, you will combine operational excellence with the opportunity to influence how Workday supports our people strategy. You will ensure smooth delivery of annual processes while leading enhancements and improvements that make our HR systems simple, scalable and effective.## **Your key responsibilities will include:*** Leading and supporting annual processes including bonuses, salary reviews and recruitment* Configuring, maintaining and optimising Workday to improve accuracy and efficiency* Acting as a Workday subject matter expert, guiding colleagues and sharing best practices* Managing day-to-day operations, queries, data quality improvements and reporting requests* Driving projects, enhancements and releases to simplify and strengthen HR processes* Collaborating with Digital, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives* Supporting training and knowledge sharing to enable effective use of Workday## ## ## Bring expertise that makes a differenceYou will bring both technical Workday expertise and strong HR process knowledge, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
