Global People Services Manager (Talent, Onboarding & Development) Job Description: Overview of the role As Global People Services Manager (Talent, Onboarding & Development), you'll lead the delivery of scalable, high-quality People Services across Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. You'll own end-to-end performance across multiple global service lines, ensuring a seamless, efficient and compliant experience for candidates, colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. Leading a team of People Services Advisors across the UK and US, you'll drive standardisation, continuous improvement and operational excellence across interview scheduling, offers and onboarding, learning support and reporting. This role plays a key part in strengthening the candidate and colleague experience while enabling the People function to operate effectively at scale. Overview of the team You'll be part of Sage's global People Operations function, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Partners and Hiring Managers across regions. Your team of People Services Advisors supports critical People processes globally, partnering with the business to deliver consistent, high-quality service while continuously improving how we work. Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in our Newcastle office and 2 days from home. Key Responsibilities: You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of global People Services across Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, ensuring services are consistent, scalable and compliant. Working closely with stakeholders worldwide, you'll use data, insight and continuous improvement to enhance the candidate and colleague experience while enabling the People function to operate effectively at scale. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and oversee global People Services including interview scheduling, offers and onboarding, contingent workforce support, early careers programmes and L&D operations. - Manage, coach and develop a team of People Services Advisors across the UK and US, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture. - Monitor service performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving improvements in efficiency, quality and cycle times. - Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Partners and Hiring Managers to meet evolving business needs. - Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of global processes, including automation and service optimisation. - Ensure strong governance, data integrity and compliance with global policies and regulatory requirements, including GDPR. What we are looking for? You'll bring experience leading global, multi-service HR or People Services operations, with a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and/or Learning & Development processes. You're comfortable managing complexity, using data to drive decisions, and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Key skills and experience include: - Experience managing global People or HR Services across multiple service lines. - Proven people leadership experience, developing and coaching high-performing teams. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. - A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and KPIs to drive performance. - Experience working with HR systems, case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and learning platforms. - CIPD qualification. - A continuous improvement mindset, with process optimisation or Lean experience being beneficial.
