We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Neighbourhood Housing Officer in the Byker Team.
About the role
The successful candidate will positively support the Byker Team in the delivery of estate-based services including; Tenancy and Estate Management, Allocations and Lettings and low level Anti-Social Behaviour.
About you
You must possess a proven track record and have knowledge of current housing legislation.
In the role of Neighbourhood Housing Officer you will act as a key account manager' for customers, acting as their link to the organisation and liaising with other teams to provide a consistent end-to-end customer experience. Support the development and delivery of effective and high-quality housing services to general housing customers across Byker in line with related housing strategies and policies to ensure effective sustainment of tenancies and neighbourhoods.

- Neighbourhood Housing Officer - 12 months fixed term role (maternity cover)
- Salary is 35,117 per annum (pending pay award)
- Location: Byker
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
