About this role: As a Benefits Rewards Analyst in the Reward Design Team, you will be responsible for developing, analysing and building plans/policies to maximise employee engagement whilst helping drive organisational success. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams, HR & Reward partners, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance our reward strategy. These are some of the key components to the position: Bring expert knowledge and maintain a robust understanding of the changing market trends relating to (but not limited to) benefits and its interaction with the wider reward strategy Working with key stakeholders and the wider reward and design team to develop, communicate and implement our reward strategy Analyse data/feedback to identify trends, gaps, opportunities for improvement and translate this analysis into digestible insights and presentations for senior management Design and implement plans and policies to drive employee engagement and organisational success. Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to align reward strategies with business goals. Build engaging communication plans for reward plans and policies What will you bring to the table?
