Job Details
* Location: St Andrews House, Nottingham, NG3 6EA
* Salary: £23,910 per annum pro rata
* Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care support services, your duties will include assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and supporting care workers, and ensuring person-centred care plans are developed in partnership with tenants and their carers.
Qualifications
Experience in needs and risk assessments, developing care plans, and leading a team including shadowing, supervising, and instructing care workers in an Extra Care scheme is required.
