With offices based in Belfast & Co. Down this opportunity will suit an experienced Surveyor wishing to join a growing consultancy with a strong reputation, and ambitious plans for the future.

Key responsibilities:
* Leading projects from inception to completion
* Delivering cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients
* Producing and overseeing financial reporting and commercial management
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to the growth and direction of the business
We're looking for someone who is not only technically strong, but also commercially aware and motivated to grow.
* Degree-qualified
* Strong experience in consultancy environments
* Proven ability across pre- and post-contract duties
* Excellent knowledge of JCT and standard forms of contract
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
