Business Development Executive
Full-time | 37 hours/week, 52 weeks/year | Up to £31,109 per annum

Are you a results-driven Employer Engagement professional or Recruitment Consultant ready for your next challenge? We are seeking a confident and proactive Business Development Executive to help drive forward employer partnerships and learner engagement in the education and training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote Apprenticeships, workplace learning, and bespoke training solutions.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors.
* Support learner recruitment initiatives, including outreach and engagement with prospective learners.
* Attend employer meetings and networking events to represent the organisation and identify collaboration opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
* Background in employer engagement, recruitment, sales, or a similar target-driven environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (regular employer site visits are part of the role).
* Experience working with young people is a plus, though not essential.
