Senior Software Engineer (IC) | HealthTech SaaS | Series A | Remote
We’re working with a rapidly scaling Series A HealthTech SaaS business that’s building impactful, real-world technology and gaining strong momentum in the market.
They’re now hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Individual Contributor) to help drive product development and influence engineering direction. This role offers a balance of ownership, autonomy, and hands-on delivery across the full stack, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
💼 The Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will:
* Lead the development of key product features from concept through to deployment
* Build and optimise scalable applications across web and mobile platforms
* Work across the full stack using modern frameworks and tools
* Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
* Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
* Support the evolution of engineering standards and best practices
🛠️ Tech Stack
* Frontend (Web): React, TypeScript
* Mobile: Flutter
* Backend: Python (Django)
* Cloud/Infrastructure: AWS / GCP
* Practices: CI/CD, microservices, API-first design
✅ Requirements
* 7+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong full stack development skills, particularly with React, TypeScript, and Python (Django)
* Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
* Background working in startup or scale-up environments (Series A or beyond)
* Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership
* Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills
🌟 Nice to Have
* Experience within HealthTech or regulated industries
* Exposure to scaling products in early-stage growth phases
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or DevOps practices
* Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
