Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be joining an established and growing company in Leicester in the Engineering sector. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to support the development of customer relationships, quote conversions and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
Responsibilities
* Drive revenue through effective conversion of enquiries and quotations into confirmed orders.
* Proactive follow‑up of quotations.
* Management of live & dormant accounts.
* Ownership of inbound leads.
* Maintain accurate CRM data to provide clear pipeline visibility.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years B2B Inside Sales experience as an Internal Sales Executive, ideally from the Engineering / Manufacturing sector.
* Experience in Metalwork, Metal Fabrication, or Sheet Metalwork sectors preferred.
* Suitable for individuals currently working as Internal Sales Executive, Inside Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales Executive, or Account Manager.
* Resident within a commutable distance of Leicester, Leicestershire, Coventry, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Tamworth, Ashby, Coalville, Derby, Loughborough, or willing to relocate.
