This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to take on this essential supportive role within the Aftersales Department. This is a multi faceted role involving planning our service calls and dealing with customer care queries
The Main Objective Of This Role Is
To deliver high levels of Customer Care, including an excellent after sales service to all customers. To deal with and resolve all customer related queries and complaints from the beginning to reaching amicable resolution in a timely, proactive and efficient manner and working closely with the department manager and group director

This is a demanding role that requires candidates to have / be:
Demonstrating the ability to work calmly and in an organised manner, especially during busy periods.
Demonstrating excellent listening skills and gentle telephone manner and able to assess and listen for any vulnerability concerning customers and demonstrating good ethics.
A positive work ethic and excellent communication skills at all levels ~ the majority of this role will be phone based with our customers, so a good phone manner is essential;
The ability to think on your feet and make decisions is essential for this role;
A hard working team player that is reliable, trustworthy and has excellent IT skills;
A proven track record in effectively handing customer queries;
To respond to customer letters/correspondence and acknowledge accordingly.
Full Time, Monday to Friday, Hours will be discussed in interview,
