The role
As an Avionic Electrical Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a key role in supporting the production of Hawk TMk2 aircraft to meet daily flying requirements.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
* Ensure ongoing compliance with BAE Systems standards
* Manage On-the-Job training and SQEP documentation
* Report, investigate, and act on failures and incidents appropriately
This role is full time working 36 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Valley, Wales.
Essential experience of the Avionic Electrical Supervisor:
* Demonstrated ability to apply engineering knowledge and practical technical skills in real-world scenarios
* Prior experience in an aviation environment, contributing to operational effectiveness
* Proven track record in mentoring or delivering on-the-job training to support team development.
Qualifications for the Avionic Electrical Supervisor:
* Proven experience as a technician in a relevant aviation engineering environment
* Proficient in computer systems and digital tools
* Qualified to City & Guilds 2675 Level 3 or equivalent, or NVQ Level 3 in Aircraft Maintenance.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
