Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking a Freight Sales Coordinator to join their Heathrow office. The Role: In this office-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and supporting senior sales management. The position is perfect for an ambitious individual who's motivated by targets, thrives on the phone, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, research, and networking Build rapport with prospective clients and manage ongoing relationships Collaborate with senior management to support sales planning and performance Manage CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to track all leads, calls, and appointments Book a minimum of 5 qualified sales appointments per week for the Sales Director Maintain 40 outbound calls per day to drive opportunity generation Assist in preparing tailored freight solutions and commercial proposals Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process Contribute to the introduction and rollout of new logistics services Ideal Candidate Profile: Freight forwarding/logistics experience preferred, but not essential B2B sales experience essential - telesales, inside sales or client-facing Highly ambitious, target-driven, and looking to step into a field-based BDM role Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers Comfortable working in a high-activity, KPI-led environment Confident using CRM systems and keeping accurate sales records What's on Offer: Salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience Genuine progression opportunity into a field-based Business Development role A supportive, high-performing sales culture with strong leadership Excellent employee benefits and career development Office-based role in Heathrow, with potential for future flexibility Ready to accelerate your freight sales career?
