Job Title: Lecturer – Electrical Installation
Contract: 35 hours per week (1 FTE) (applications for part-time also welcome)

Salary: £41,833 – £50,359 per annum (1 FTE) (from 1 September 2025)

About the Role
Are you experienced in Electrical Installation or an Electrical Engineer/Manager with relevant background?
Would you like to pass on your knowledge to the next generation?

We seek a self-motivated, reliable individual passionate about teaching. No teaching qualification is required as full training will be provided.
You should be a good communicator with IT skills in MS Office and relevant software. The role involves delivering Electrical Installation and, if qualified, Electrical Engineering subjects to diverse students at various levels.
As a member of UHI Inverness staff, you will prepare lessons, teach students, and assess their work. You will contribute to delivering a high-quality curriculum and educational experience.
Qualifications required include certification in Electrical Installation and at least SCQF level 7 or equivalent industrial experience.
