Responsibilities
* Role: Technical Administrator
* Location: Gravesend
* Contract Type: Temp to Perm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Working Pattern: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Fridays
* Processing payments
* Tracking payments on system
* Document control & data entry
* Co-ordinating a team of 13 people and ensuring training is kept up to date
* Supporting the Technical Director with diary management and booking meetings
* General admin and team support
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
* High level of professionalism and adaptability
