As a Skilled CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and producing parts to the highest standards, while contributing to a collaborative and multi-skilled team environment. Your responsibilities as a CNC Miller: Programme and set CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres, including 5-axis operations. Work from engineering drawings to produce parts efficiently and to close tolerances. Design and implement effective fixtures and work-holding solutions. Ensure all machining processes are operator-friendly and repeatable. Work independently on projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Maintain a high level of workmanship and compliance with company quality standards. Your current experience which will help you as a CNC Miller: Time-served CNC Miller with proven programming and setting experience, ideally on Doosan machines. Proficient in Fanuc controls, with CAD/CAM experience (Desirable). Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds. Experience in 3, 4, and 5-axis horizontal and vertical milling. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Flexible approach with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
