Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 4-bed Ofsted registered home.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
* Lead and support a team of qualified and experienced staff.

* Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
* Collaborate with directors to achieve organisational goals.
* Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders.
