The Appointment Advisor is the first point of contact for all My dream flooring clients. You will primarily make appointments and manage the diarys for our field sales advisors throughout the country
Based in our office in Middlesbrough, you get to work with a friendly group of people, in a modern well-equipped office that offers free parking, a break room with tea, coffee and snacks, and excellent facilities nearby for your lunch break.
The Booking team deals with hundreds of enquiries on a weekly basis via phone Social media and email.
If you enjoy speaking to people over the phone and you have customer service experience then this could be the perfect role for you
You will work. 5 shifts a week covering Monday to Friday and then alternate Saturdays.
As an advisor you are the first point of contact for My Dream flooring clients which makes this role all the more rewarding.
Main duties of the job

Can remain calm in stressful situations.
Are non-judgmental & can offer first class client care
Are computer literate
Have great attention to detail
Have strong interpersonal skills
We offer a full induction & training package to support you in your first few weeks with us, equipping you with the skills & knowledge to provide great service to our clients. You will also have continuous ongoing training.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
* Internal sales support: 2 years (required)
* Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
