Senior Surveyor Contract role to work in the Strategic Estates team.
START DATE 1st APRIL - 3 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POTENTIAL TO EXTEND
This position focuses on strategic and operational management of client property assets. It involves developing and implementing asset management plans, advising on property strategy, and ensuring assets deliver financial value through acquisitions, disposals, and efficient use.
The role includes valuations, financial oversight, and identifying opportunities for savings and revenue generation, while also promoting sustainability and energy efficiency in property use.
It requires strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement, managing external consultants and internal teams, supervising staff, and presenting reports to elected members.
Additionally, the role represents the client in legal, public, and professional settings, and ensures compliance with planning policies, regulations, and risk management requirements.

Title: Senior Surveyor

Salary: £23 an hour (CONTRACT)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Morpeth, Northumberland
