Finance Administrator
Tech Professionals Ltd is a specialist engineering and project support recruitment business, focused on supplying engineers, technicians, and other skilled professionals across the offshore, subsea, and maritime sectors.
We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to support payroll preparation, data management, and invoicing processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator looking to transition into a more finance-focused role, with the chance to develop hands-on experience across payroll and accounts within a growing business.
The Role
* Managing and validating data in Excel
* Supporting monthly payroll processes, including timesheets and expenses
* Using Xero to generate client invoices
* Preparing BACS payments and maintaining accurate banking records
* Reviewing rates withing Contractor and Client Contracts to ensure accurate billing and payroll
Skills & Experience
* Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with data and formulas
* Previous experience in administration (payroll or invoicing experience is advantageous)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
