🔎 About the Role
You will lead the UK entity management division, overseeing the delivery of high‑quality governance and company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This client‑facing leadership role blends strategic impact, technical expertise, team development, and business growth.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll help define and deliver the strategy for the wider governance services business while building strong relationships across clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic oversight on high‑profile client engagements
* Lead and develop a UK team of 20–25 governance specialists
* Drive new business initiatives, build relationships, and convert opportunities
* Support the evolution of governance technology and processes
* Maintain departmental budgets, P&L metrics, and resource planning
* Represent the business at industry events, panels, and networking activities
🎯 About You
* ICSA (or equivalent) qualified
* Significant experience in UK entity management or governance within professional services
* Strong commercial awareness and proven business development ability
* Confident leader with experience growing and developing teams
* Comfortable operating at senior level with gravitas and credibility
* Experience advising listed companies or groups preparing to list
