Nestled right on Swansea’s beautiful beachfront, The Secret is a laid-back yet lively venue known for great food, chilled drinks, and unforgettable sea views. We serve a fresh, seasonal menu that combines classic favourites with exciting twists — all enjoyed just steps from the sand.
Your Role:
As a Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back. Whether it’s a busy summer brunch, a casual lunch or a relaxed evening dinner service, you’ll help ensure every plate leaves the kitchen just right.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
Work alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation

Previous experience in a busy kitchen
Passion for fresh, local ingredients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
Food hygiene and safety knowledge
