You will be part of a friendly, customer‑focused team recognised with the 2024 Shine Award for Team Exemplar for excellent teamwork and collaboration. In this role, you will help us issue around 1,800 permits each year, supporting customers and colleagues to deliver a smooth, reliable service.


Your Work Will Include

* Managing the administrative steps of permit applications, from start to closure
* Keeping accurate digital records and completing required reporting
* Using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, GIS and mapping software
* Working with data, databases and mapping information
* Supporting customers by keeping them informed and advocating for their needs in team discussions
* Providing clear technical guidance to colleagues and customers
* Ensuring permitting information is updated accurately and on time

Role location

Hybrid working (on average 2 days working out of our Mansfield office)
