Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Chef / Tandoori Chef to be a part of our kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will oversee all culinary activities, ensuring excellent standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
* Enhance innovative menus and recipes
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Manage kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

* Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
