Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school in Lewisham, assisting in their search for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to support children across Reception, Key Stage 1 and 2, supporting pupils with SEND including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs. Key Responsibilities Support pupils across Reception, Key Stage 1 and 2 on a 1:1 basis Use effective approaches to resolving conflict and promote positive behaviour to encourage a calm, safe learning environment. Work with the class teacher, teaching assistants and wider inclusion team to deliver engaging, differentiated learning experiences. Encourage independence, confidence, and resilience in all pupils. Follow learning plans and support pupils throughout the full school day.
