What You’ll Do:
* Support pupils with a range of SEN needs in the classroom.
* Work alongside teaching staff to deliver a nurturing and effective learning environment.
* Provide additional help through 1:1 sessions or small group activities.
* Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence.
We’re Looking For:
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
* Experience supporting SEN (desirable but not required – training can be provided).
* A flexible approach to working in different schools and settings.
* A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
