The role requires a candidate who can respond quickly to technical challenges, support the Service Manager, and ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a professional with HGV workshop experience looking to take on a leadership role, overseeing workshop operations, ensuring smooth communication between technicians, service teams, and customers, and driving both productivity and profitability.
