Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Milling Setter/Programmer
Location: Bridgnorth, England, United Kingdom
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:30, Friday 07:30 – 13:30)
Salary: Up to £55k – dependent on experience

About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products, supporting the production of world‑leading innovations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manufacturing process planning
* CNC offline program creation, cutting tool selection and procurement
* Customer liaison on design for manufacturing and general technical issues
* The introduction and progression of new products through the shop
* Setting and operation of CNC machines
Who We’re Looking For
Existing experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with a good understanding of CMM inspection methods.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
* Experience working on 3‑5 axis horizontal and vertical machines
* Knowledge of Haas, Mazak, or Matsura machining centres
* Experience and knowledge of CAD/CAM software (hyperMill, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Powermill, Mastercam)
* Knowledge of online ISO programming
* Knowledge of technical drawings, geometric tolerances and practices
* Ability to travel to site
