Social Value Coordinator - House Builder
I am working with a well-established house builder based in Coventry, known for delivering high-quality homes and making a genuine commitment to the communities they work in. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Social Value Coordinator to support the delivery of social impact across their developments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and wants to play an active role in delivering real value to communities through residential development. Ideally, you will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within housebuilding, construction, or a related sector.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the planning and delivery of social value initiatives across live residential sites
* Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and local partners to meet commitments around local employment, apprenticeships, school engagement, and volunteering
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to internal updates and client reporting
* Assisting with the preparation of social value content for bids, tenders, and planning submissions
* Building and maintaining relationships with schools, community groups, charities, and employment providers
* Promoting the importance of social value across the business and helping embed it into day-to-day practice
This is a varied and rewarding role, well suited to someone who is proactive, well organised, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people both on site and in the community.
