An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Levenmouth area for an experienced Primary Care Nurse to join a friendly, forward thinking team.
You will be flexible and have the ability to use own initiative working autonomously, as well as being able to work under pressure and commit to delivering safe and effective patient-centred care, whilst demonstrating continuous professional development.
You are responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality nursing care in a primary care setting, with an emphasis on the provision of chronic disease management, and cervical screening.
Excellent clinical skills, communication, IT and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to be part of a multidisciplinary team.
