Join us and work as part of a team to look after your local canal or river. You'll always be volunteering in a team in the great outdoors. You could be planting, painting, doing vegetation management, litter picking, or any number of other activities.
The taster sessions are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 11am to 1pm. Once you have attended this session, additional days are available.
During these sessions, we will promote new volunteering opportunities around Sharpness Docks. No formal skills are required, and you will have the chance to volunteer across various unique and beautiful environments.
It's a great opportunity to meet new people and learn about how we care for the canals and rivers. These teams are always led by one of our colleagues or Lead Volunteers, who ensure that you have a great experience while helping to care for the local waterways.
