Salary- £24,000-£27,000
Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 9:00am - 7:00pm (to include 9:00am - 5:00pm, 10:00am - 6:00pm, and 11:00am - 7:00pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse customer needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
What You Will Do
Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, and deliver a memorable experience every time, showcasing the very highest customer service skills.
You'll handle orders, delivery enquiries, refund queries, and much more, across multiple markets including the UK, US, and Europe.
Solve customer issues quickly and smoothly, keeping things on track with our SLAs for top-notch quality, first-contact resolution, and productivity - all while delivering an awesome experience.
