Core Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of staff feeding services, ensuring high-quality, timely food preparation across the venue.
* Collaborate with the venue team to maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
* Support operational planning, including rota management, inventory control, and cost management.
* Maintain high standards of service in a fast‑paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
* Mentor junior kitchen staff and promote best practice in food preparation.
