Responsibilities Accompany prospective buyers or tenants on property viewings, providing comprehensive tours of the premises. Answer questions regarding property features, local amenities, and neighbourhood insights. Coordinate with estate agents to schedule viewings and ensure properties are presented in optimal condition. Assist in preparing properties for viewings, including ensuring cleanliness and organisation. Gather feedback from viewers post-appointment and relay information to the sales or lettings team. Maintain an organised schedule of viewings and manage multiple appointments efficiently. Uphold professional conduct at all times, representing the agency with integrity and courtesy. Qualifications Proven administrative experience is desirable, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base. Strong organisational skills to manage scheduling and coordinate multiple viewings seamlessly.
