This is a pivotal role at HPFT that involves overseeing the development of data models to support operations and decision-making. This position requires advanced SQL skills, enabling the individual to not only manage complex data queries but also support other team members in SQL proficiency. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data models and data sets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across various departments. Their expertise will contribute to the optimisation of data workflows and the enhancement of data-driven strategies within the HPFT. In addition to technical skills, the Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. The ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential, as is the experience in building and maintaining data models that align with NHS standards and regulations.
