I am looking for an Electrician to join a Social Housing contractor across Cornwall. The Electrician will be responsible for day to day repairs and fixing across domestic properties. This role offers a Van & Fuel card.
Electrician Job role details
* Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
* Participate in the potential 'out of hour's service delivery on a rota basis to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly.
* Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
* Undertake any required repairs in order to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across properties.
What is required for the Electrician role
* 18th edition is a MUST
* 2391 - desirable
* Social housing experience
* Full driving licence
