Spire Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates residing within South Yorkshire, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company making a real impact in the healthcare sector.
About the Role
As a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and compliant onboarding processes for our health and social care workforce. You will support recruitment operations and maintain high standards of compliance to meet industry regulations and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee candidate compliance checks including Right to Work, DBS, references, and training certifications
* Maintain accurate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure timely processing
* Liaise with recruitment consultants to ensure candidates are fully compliant before placement
* Monitor and update compliance trackers in line with internal and external policies
* Provide exceptional administrative support to the wider recruitment team
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment administration within the health and social care sector
* Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulatory requirements
* Experience using ATS platforms and digital compliance tools
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the team
