Job Title: Site Agent Rate: £400 per day (Limited) We are currently reviewing a requirement for an experienced Site Agent to join a long-term, regulated infrastructure programme within the water sector. This is an opportunity to support early enabling and pre-construction activities on a major treatment asset, progressing into full delivery over the coming years. This role is focused on the early stages of project delivery, working closely with senior leadership to prepare sites for construction before moving into on-site delivery as works ramp up. About the Role As Site Agent, you will initially support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager with planning, documentation, and programme preparation during the early enabling phase. This will include assisting with construction planning, site documentation, and readiness for upcoming works. As the programme progresses, you will move into enabling and on-site delivery, managing day-to-day site activities, supervising subcontractors, coordinating civils and MEICA works, and maintaining control of safety, quality, and programme performance. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, managing method statements and risk assessments, and supporting the successful delivery of works through to completion.
