Role Overview: As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global HR objectives.
Responsibilities
* Consult with leaders within the UK and European regions, focusing on the Commercial sector and supporting other lines of business.
* Implement change management strategies to facilitate business transformation.
* Support organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HR partners.
* Partner with the global HR team to deliver value-added services aligned with business goals.
* Work with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
* Manage TUPE projects as needed, coordinating with departments and HR leadership.
* Lead talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Coordinate recruitment activities with Talent Acquisition colleagues.
* Address complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop performance improvement plans.
* Lead HR or business initiatives such as organizational restructuring or cultural change.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and managers on sensitive issues.
Qualifications
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with expertise in Talent management and employee relations.
* Experience in Change Management and organizational development.
* Availability for a 12-month contract commitment.
