1:1 Support Assistant - Fridays Only (M24) Pay: £104-£110 per day The role involves: Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day Supporting engagement with learning and daily routines Assisting with transitions and maintaining focus Supervising and participating in active and outdoor play Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation Working closely with staff to follow agreed support strategies We're looking for someone who is: Reliable, dedicated, and consistent Physically fit with a proactive approach Calm, patient, and confident in active situations Experienced in 1:1 support, SEN, or education (preferred but not essential) Willing to obtain or hold an enhanced DBS What's on offer: Fridays only - consistent weekly work Daily rate of £104-£110 Opportunity to make a meaningful impact IND-TA
