About the Role:You will be working with students with a range of special educational needs, delivering tailored lessons that inspire and support their individual learning journeys. Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEN pupils.
2. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
3. Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies.
4. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews and reports.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
7. Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
8. Strong classroom management andmunication skills.
