The Civica Cx Systems Improvement Officer will play a key role in optimising and supporting the Civica Cx housing management system and its related modules. The postholder will work closely with operational teams to identify improvements, enhance system functionality, and ensure that Civica Cx supports efficient business processes and high-quality customer service.
This role combines technical system administration with business analysis and user engagement, ensuring that system changes deliver measurable benefits for staff, residents, and the organisation.
