Office Administrator required for Dromore (
Are you organised, efficient, and ready for a new challenge? Staffline Recruitment Ireland is on the hunt for a proactive Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to the success of a leading company.
Hours & Remuneration:
12pm - 9pm (Mon-Thur)
12pm - (Fri)
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the team manager
2. Processing Auction Contracts in keeping with auction deadlines.
3. Oversee all administration associated with the running of an auction.
4. Ensure stock inventory is accurately processed and received within auction deadlines.
5. Obtain and record all vehicle registration documents.
6. Provide a high level of customer service to both Buyers and Sellers spanning every continent, resolving all queries in a timely manner.
7. Assist with global Auction Credit Control across multiple currencies.
8. Organise auction facilities including staff travel arrangements.
What We're Looking For:
9. Minimum 2 year's administration experience in a busy office environment.
10. Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C grade including English and Maths.
11. Customer driven with ability to communicate at all levels.
12. Highly commercial, organised and adaptable with the ability to manage own workload
13. Proficiency in data entry and MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
14. Motivated and deadline driven with keen attention to detail.
15. Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
16. Reliable with desire to exceed expectations.
