Travel Manager Duties:
* Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the small sales and administration team
* Ensuring processes are followed and the team is motivated, supported and performing at their best, all while maintaining the high standards our clients and partners expect.
* You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure targets are met, processes are followed, and the team continues to grow in a positive, productive way.
* Ensure all team members are meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance targets
* Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and sales growth
* Provide coaching, feedback and development for team members
* Oversee HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and absence management.
Travel Manager – Essential Requirements:
* Experience managing a sales and/or operations team within the travel industry either in retail or tour operator or similar
