We are seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator to work across our business managing multiple products in the leisure industry. As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing multiple projects through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include road mapping each project, breaking it down into manageable tasks and working with our teams to complete projects efficiently. You will be required to manage budgets, carry out cost efficiency exercises and report regularly to the management and accounts teams.
Requirements
· Project or Operations management experience, preferably within the leisure/hospitality industry
· Knowledge of the construction industry and the coordination required to collaborate with different trades and suppliers
· Ability to develop, manage and implement strategies
· Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
· Comfortable with travelling to different locations and interacting with the various teams on site
Responsibilities
You will be the pivotal link between designers, on site colleagues, accounts and our directors and will need to be comfortable working collaboratively at all levels.
· Oversee multiple projects including, but not limited to:
* Hotel redesign / refurbishments
* New visitor centre
* Holiday let/cottages
· Agree and monitor budgets
· Report on budget vs actuals
· Team management
· Order materials & equipment
· Monitor planning consents and conditions to ensure they are met

Salary £30,000-£45,000 dependent on experience
