This role is for a Fixed Term Contract ending on 31st March.
The postholder is required to provide expertise and leadership in developing key areas of the fostering service. They will lead and support the development of the fostering service, building capacity to ensure foster carers and children have access to comprehensive support systems.
As a member of the fostering service management team, the postholder will provide professional support and guidance to supervising social workers, working in partnership with team managers, fostering reviewing officers, and the professional network. They will promote best practices in line with local and national standards.
The postholder will produce reports offering a comprehensive overview of service developments and collate data to inform best practices.
Please note that all applicants must have five years or more post-qualification experience.
