The Role

Blum UK is looking for an enthusiastic Business Operations & Data Coordinator to support our Business Services Team. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in analysing data from various sources, creating reports and insights that align with the company objectives.
Information Management and Processing
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments to understand requirements and deliver reports.
Translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Provide consistent data support services to the wider business.
Manage confidential and business-sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Effectively navigate and understand internal systems to support daily operations.
Create, check and qualify customer product specifications.
Reporting and Analysis
Develop and maintain Business Analysis Reports at the required frequency.
Perform data-driven analysis to assess KPI’s and track progress toward company objectives.
Support the development and maintenance of SWOT analysis for the business, customers, and suppliers.
Work with internal SAP-CRM system to report on and develop SAP-CRM processes.
Assist in the coordination of operational sales activities and their implementation.
Project Coordination and Management
Coordinate the running of the product group within Blum UK.
Collaborate with the sales team to support the delivery of sales related projects.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to execute and implement project initiatives.
Analyse, identify and communicate opportunities to the sales team, taking the project lead or initiative where needed.
Working in partnership with our Direct Accounts Department
Knowledge & Experience
Advanced experience in the use of Excel.
Experience in project co-ordination.
An understanding of navigating Power Bi.
Previous experience with SAP-CRM and SAP-ERP.
Excellent Communication skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with others toward a common goal.
Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation with an initiative-taking approach to tasks.
Demonstrate the ability to manage key relationships.
Make sound decisions based on available information.
Excellent customer service skills.
